Tasting Notes
Intense color, with red tones and violet hues. Floral aromas of violets and black fruits, as well as other toasted and smoked, typical of its passage through French oak. In the mouth is long and sweet, with good combined structure and an important acidity that gives it fluidity and elegance.

Cold maceration for 5 days. Indigenous yeasts, Reassembly and delestage 3 times a day. Maximum temperature of 25ª C.

12 months in underground cellars at a controlled temperature.
