Ruby red color with soft violet tones. Aromas of cherry and ripe currant with notes of pepper and cassis, vanilla and oak details. In the mouth has great concentration and elegance with marked notes of eucalyptus that makes it very fresh and pleasant.

Ideal to enjoy well-cured cheeses, roast meats and stews with herbs.
Serve preferably between 16º – 18º C.
