Red color with violet hues. Aromas and flavors of red and black fruits such as blackberries, cassis and figs. It is soft with an enduring finish that denotes its passage through French oak barrels.

Wine making

Cold maceration for 5 days. Indigenous yeasts, Reassembly and delestage 3 times a day. Maximum temperature of 25ª C.

13,50 % v/v

Oak Ageing

6 months in french oak barrels

Storage in bottle

8 months in underground cellars at a controlled temperature.
