Tasting Notes
Elegant ruby red colour with violet tones. Aromas of red fruits, black cherry, cassis, black pepper and chocolate, that denotes its aging in French oak for a long period. In the mouth is complex and balanced, with soft tannins that allow a long and elegant finish.

Wine making
Hand picking, with double selection of grapes. Cold maceration for 5 days. indigenous yeasts. Reassembly and delestage tid. Maximum temperature 30 ° C. Extended maceration for 35 to 40 days.

12 months in underground cellars at a controlled temperature.

Serve in a decanter 15 minutes before serving.
