It is located at Las Compuertas, Luján de Cuyo, traditionally known as “Mendoza´s First Wine Zone” by the high quality of its grapes and wines, which have made this area one of the best in the world for the production of premium wines.
It has a total capacity of 900,000 liters, which are divided between concrete pools revested with epoxy, modern stainless steel tanks and French and American oak barrels used in the aging of our wines.
We use the best technology combined with enology traditional practices following the styles of the wines. The use of autochthonous yeasts, pneumatic presses, steel tanks, skin maceration, control of temperature and ph, and French barrels. Besides, selection conveyor belts are used and the movements are produced by gravity
The bottling is done under demanding control rules to assure the perfect conservation of the product.
The pallets with the wines ready to be consumed are stored in underground cellars with controlled temperature.
